Dispatch & Delivery

UK ORDERS

all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day if the order is received before 3pm UK (subject to availability) Monday to Friday.

Orders will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail Services and are normally delivered the next working day. There is a flat rate delivery charge. If you order less than £20.00 delivery charge will be £2.10. Any order more than £20.00 will be free of charge.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail international Services and delivery time for:

Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland) 3-5 working days

Rest of Europe (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) 5-7 working days

Rest of World 7-12 working days

Any orders received after 3pm UK on Friday, and at any time on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (except Bank Holidays).

For extra reliability a signature may be required to receive some orders over a certain amount (so please ensure there will be someone at the address).

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Please note, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. In the unlikely event of any item(s) ordered not being available then the value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the credit/debit card and you will be advised by e-mail.

We recommend you print a copy of your order for your records.
