Returns & Refunds


Should you not be satisfied with your purchase in any way, it's OK to change your mind. We are pleased to offer FREE RETURN service (for UK customer only) on a refund on any item, returned in its original packaging and original condition. The item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. 

You can send your order back FREE of CHARGE via our Royal Mail service. Please click HERE to start the return process.

  •  In the pick your retailer section, please write Mysocks. 
  • Please follow the steps to receive your pre paid label. You will need to print your label out. Please then take it to your local post office.

A note must also be enclosed with any item(s) returned. Please tell us why you are dissatisfied and your order number - if this note is not included it will delay the refund process.

You are advised to obtain proof of posting for your returns.

 Please note that refunds are not accepted on any sale items or 2nd items.

On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please be aware postage will only be refunded if there is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.

Your statutory rights are not affected; these mean goods supplied will be of proper quality, as described and suitable for the purpose intended.

If under unusual circumstances you send items to us that have been worn - please make sure you wash them before doing so as a common courtesy.

Returns on underwear: We can only accept returns on underwear if the packaging has not been opened and the underwear has not been worn due to hygiene reasons. Must be returned in original packaging.
